Refund Eligibility

At LioraGlam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from refunds:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or packing slip
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. For size exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
