Order Tracking Process
At LioraGlam, we make it easy for you to track your fashion orders every step of the way. Here's how our order tracking system works:
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.
- Processing: Our team prepares your elegant, casual, sexy, minimalist, vintage, or fashion style items for shipment (typically within 1-2 business days).
- Shipping Notification: When your package ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
- In Transit: Use your tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
- Delivery: You'll receive a final notification when your package has been delivered.
How to Track Your Package
You can track your LioraGlam order through multiple methods:
Method 1: Through Your Account
- Log in to your LioraGlam account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click on the order you want to track
- View the tracking information and status updates
Method 2: Using the Carrier's Website
Copy your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and enter it on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Method 3: Universal Package Tracking
For international shipments or when you're unsure which carrier to check, we recommend using 17Track, a reliable third-party tracking service that works with multiple carriers worldwide.

- Enter your tracking number in the search field
- Click "Track" to view real-time updates
- Optional: Create an account to track multiple packages and receive notifications

Tracking FAQs
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Carriers typically update tracking information every 24-48 hours. If there are no updates for more than 3 business days, please contact our customer service team.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact the carrier directly, then reach out to our support team if the issue isn't resolved within 48 hours.
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. Your tracking information will show customs clearance updates for international orders.
