6. Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service for a Return Authorization
2. Ship items back with the provided return label
3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
